1. Legal Status & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in giveaways hosted on freevro. By using the freevro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any giveaway-specific rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

freevro is a company certified and operating in Qatar in accordance with applicable local laws. Giveaway, promotional, and eligibility rules may vary by country, and participation is subject to the laws and regulations of the user’s jurisdiction.

freevro operates independently and is not owned, controlled, or managed by sponsors or partner companies unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

  • freevro giveaways are open worldwide unless otherwise specified on a specific giveaway page.
  • You must be at least the legal age of majority in your country or region to participate.
  • Certain giveaways may be restricted by location, age, or legal requirements.
  • freevro reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Free Entry & No Purchase Necessary

Participation in freevro giveaways is completely free.
  • No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter or win.
  • Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
  • freevro does not collect payment or financial information from participants on any page.

4. Account Registration

To enter a giveaway, participants must provide:
  • A valid email address
  • A valid phone number
You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and accessible. Incorrect or unreachable information may result in forfeiture of prizes.

5. Entry Limits (Strict Policy)

  • Only one entry per person per giveaway is allowed.
  • Multiple entries, including the use of different emails, phone numbers, devices, or automated systems, are strictly prohibited.
If multiple or fraudulent entries are detected:
  • The user will be permanently banned from freevro
  • Any prize won will be voided
  • The giveaway will be re-rolled to select a new winner

6. Draws & Winner Selection

  • Giveaway details (prize, deadline, eligibility) are listed on the giveaway page.
  • Draws are conducted after the countdown ends (Qatar time – UTC+03:00).
  • Winners are selected through a fully automated random process using freevro’s system.
  • Human intervention in winner selection is not permitted.
  • Winners may be published in anonymized form and contacted via email.

7. Claiming Prizes

  • Winners must respond within the claim window specified in the claim email.
  • Failure to respond within the claim period will result in automatic forfeiture and a re-roll.
  • Claim instructions are sent to the registered email address.
  • If you do not receive the claim email, you must contact support before the deadline.

8. Prize Fulfillment

  • Prizes may be delivered electronically or physically, depending on the giveaway.
  • freevro is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible contact details.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
  • Taxes, duties, or fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. VPN, Proxy & Location Policy

  • The use of VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, or similar tools may be restricted or prohibited for all giveaways.
  • Using such tools to bypass geographic restrictions, eligibility rules, or entry limits is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in:
  • Disqualification
  • Permanent account ban
  • Prize forfeiture and re-roll
VPN rules may vary depending on giveaway terms, sponsor requirements, and local laws.

10. Disqualification

freevro reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
  • Uses bots, scripts, or automated entry methods
  • Submits false or misleading information
  • Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the platform
  • Violates these Terms, Privacy Policy, or giveaway rules

11. Sponsorships

Some giveaways may be sponsored or co-hosted by third-party brands. Sponsored giveaways will clearly disclose the sponsor and any additional rules on the giveaway page.

12. Privacy & Data Use

freevro collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data is used solely to operate the platform, enforce rules, contact winners, and prevent fraud.

13. Limitation of Liability

freevro is not responsible for:
  • Technical errors or system outages
  • Lost, delayed, or filtered emails
  • Third-party service failures
Participation is at your own risk, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Modification & Termination

freevro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel giveaways or user access at any time, including in cases of fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
